Register today for summer camps! Click the button below to create an account and register your campers. We are using a new registration system this year. It should be easy to use, but if you need help please follow the instructions at very the bottom of this page. Please Note: When setting up your household, it will ask for the camper's current grade. If you select their incoming grade, you may not be able to register for the correct camp.
NEW Buddy Circles: After your registration is completed, you will be able to create or join a buddy circle of up to 6 friends. We will use these buddy circles for cabin assignments.
CHANGE to Store Money Refunds: New this year, any leftover store money will be refunded to your original payment method or donated to camp, based on your preferences selected during registration. Remaining amounts under $5 will be automatically donated.
'26 High School Grads: Recent graduates are invited to attend High School camp! However, due to the limitations of our software, you will have to contact us to get them registered. Before you do so, please create an account, add household members (including your graduate), and add a payment method to keep on file. Then contact Kimmy at [email protected] or (406) 304-4297.

Registration Help
Here are the basic instructions to register your camper. If you still have more questions, please contact Kimmy at [email protected] or (406) 304-4297.
- Create an account and add basic information for all campers. Make sure to input the camper's current grade when adding them to your household.
- Click "Add Registration" and select the camper, their camp week, and dietary restrictions. Then click "Register Now".
- For church or RMBM scholarships, apply the coupon code you've received by clicking the "Coupon Code?" orange text underneath the description of the camp week and dietary restrictions.
- Select a payment plan. We offer the option to either pay in full immediately or to make automatic monthly payments with a $60 deposit required upfront. The payment plan does not apply to store money or optional purchases.
- And add store money and other optional purchases like camp T-shirts, hoodies, or water bottles. Around $25 is recommended for store money.
- Click "Add Registration to Bag". If you have another camper to register, add their registration as well before checking out.
- Check out and pay using eCheck or credit/debit card.
- Fill out the required forms for each camper: a camper profile, an authorized pickup form, a health form, and a release agreement.
- Set up a buddy circle or join someone else's to ensure your camper is placed in a cabin with their friends.
- You can add store money and optional purchases anytime up to the start of camp, even after your registration is completed.
