Check-in and pick-up
For each week of camp, check-in begins at 10 AM on Monday.
Pick-up is at 11:30 AM on Friday.

Phone use
Please leave camper’s phones at home or give them to the registration staff during check-in. Any camper found using a phone will have it taken away during camp. Any phones left with camp will be placed in a safe and returned to the camper during their store check-out time prior to leaving camp. Please do not expect your children to call you during their time at camp, and please call your children at camp for emergencies only. Camp Utmost’s phone number is (406) 244-0049.
Camper mail
Cards and letter may be mailed to campers during their time at camp. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for camp to receive mail after it is sent and we often receive mail after that camper has already left. Please mail letters early or in advance of camp. Note: Please do not send large packages or lots of snacks or drinks. Campers are well fed, get dessert, have access to the camp store every day, and may not have food or drinks with them in their cabins (to prevent animal problems).

Lost and Found
Lost items are kept for two weeks. After that, we donate usable items to a charitable group. To avoid losing items, consider labeling them with the camper's first and last name.
Camp Store
Camp Utmost has a store that sells snacks, drinks, clothing items, and water bottles. Store credit, clothing, and water bottles are typically purchased online during the camper registration process. Pre-ordered clothing items and water bottles will be given to campers during check-in on Monday morning of their camp week. A store credit of $15-$20 for snacks and drinks is about right for the week. Any money not spent during the week will be returned to the camper on their last day of camp.
Camp Refund Policy
A 95% refund is made if notice is given to Camp Utmost no later than the start of the camp week registered for. No refund will be made once camp starts. Canceled online store deposits and merchandise purchases will also be refunded at 95% to compensate for fees Camp Utmost must pay. All refunds are processed after the camp week registered for ends. We do not prorate fees for attending only a part of the camp week.
Directions
From Missoula: Take I-90 east to Bonner, then Hwy 200 east toward Great Falls. Between mile markers 30 and 31 turn left onto Camp Utmost Way. From the East: On Hwy 200, Camp Utmost is about 1 mile west of Clearwater Junction (the big cow) between mile markers 30 and 31.
