Family Camp

(Labor Day Weekend)

You are welcome to come for all or just part of the weekend.

 

Cost

3 options available

-$25 Per Person - Includes meal and accommodations.

-$60 Per Family (Parents and their school age children are considered a family. Other friends or relatives are added as per person.) Age 6 and under are free. Includes meals and accommodations. Single parent families may deduct $25.)

Per Meal - $7 per meal for those that are not staying or prefer to pay per meal. Age 6 and under free.

Speaker

      Jack Greenwod - Jack is a gifted teacher, speaker and everyday working man from Seeley Lake. We know you'll appreciate, learn and be challenged through his practical way of presenting the word of God.

Musical Guest

     John Capon - pastor and musician from Victor, MT. We'll be treated a fun time of John's "Gospel Cowboy" music following the service Saturday evening. *Update: John may not be able to be with us.

Meal Information

Friday Dinner- 6:00 pm Potluck
  What to bring:
   *Everyone bring a Main Dish
   *A-F  Bring  Salad
   *G-L  Bring Dessert
   *M-Z  Bring Chips

Saturday Morning-
   Continental Breakfast 8:00-9:00 am
      (Included in cost.)

Saturday Lunch - 
   The grill will be fired up but bring your own meat, chips, drinks and other.
  Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Chips and Drinks will be available to purchase for you to grill  if you'd prefer.

Saturday Dinner - 6:00 pm
(meals from Saturday dinner on are included in the cost.)

Sunday Breakfast - 8:00 am
Sunday Lunch - 12:00 noon

Sunday Evening Pig Roast -5:30 pm
($7 per person for those paying per meal.)

Monday Breakfast 8:30 am

Activities

Friday

The weekend kicks off with a Potluck Dinner on Friday at 6:00 pm. See above for details on what to bring. The evening is an informal time of visiting, games, relaxation and refreshment.

Saturday

-Saturday Morning - Food, fellowship and Bible Study
-Saturday Afternoon -  A time for fun and fellowship with family and friends. We give you the place to camp and stay and you choose the activity.  Some ideas are:
* Play at Camp - Folf, horseshoes, relax,    volleyball, basketball, waterslide, etc.
* Riflery & Archery-
                     The ranges will be open
* Rafting - On the Blackfoot river.
* Swimming and Canoeing at Elbow Lake
* Go to other nearby lakes -
      Bring boats,jet skies or other and
      invite a friend.
* Hiking -  A group hike to a nearby 
   water fall will be organized and leave
   from camp after lunch.
* Golf - In Seeley Lake

-Saturday Evening - After a day of activity, dinner will be served at 6:00 pm with a service at 7:00 pm followed by a concert from John Capon with his cowboy gospel music.

Sunday

* Morning Service - 10:00 am
* Lunch - 12:00 noon
* Open Afternoon for in camp fun and fellowship
* Pig Roast - 5:30 pm
* Evening Service - 7:30 pm

Note: We know some love to work, but work projects are not included as an activity because we want to encourage playing and fellowship with family and friends. We have several work days scheduled at other times for work projects.
